ITAL121 Accelerated Italian I; (3 credits) Grade Method: REG/P-F/AUD. USP Distributive Studies Area A: Cultural and Historical Course.
Credit will be granted for only one of the following: ITAL 101 or ITAL 121. An intensive beginning course in Italian language skills: guided practice in reading, writing, understanding and conversation, to enable the student to move more quickly to advanced courses. Restricted to students already having a good background in at least one other foreign language. With ITAL 122, may be used to satisfy language requirement.
