This course allows beginners to learn the basic Army Physical Fitness
program. Through a series of rigorous progressive workouts, the student
advances from novice status to meet the requirements of the Army
Physical Fitness Test. Course content also introduces students to Army
managerial skills and basic military tactics and techniques.

This course is an intensive examination of the Army Leadership Model in
proactice. The model is compared to leadership styles and techniques
from government and industry and the comparative effectiveness of each.
